Small Changes (Facebook Post)

If you are unsure of your commitment to getting in shape, but still want to have a go at it, one small change is a great way to start. Instead of going from eating deep fried Crossed out sodasticks of butter to a full on Paleo diet overnight, try only cutting out sweet tea, or soda. Small adjustments like these will be easier to stick to and, believe it or not, will make a difference. Give it a try for a week, and when it doesn’t kill you, then you can take one more small step and before you know it you will be healthier and closer to your goals.
